I have a prb, from begining I learned incorect technique on semi high ball (40 to 50cm above the table) that can be hited with powerful forehand flat. In this case I am waiting for ball to vome down to make topspin bilut this ball should be hitted on highest point. When I want to hit hard and flat I can not fix my wrist - always moving to make topspin.
Also when I vome in table I play for heating up fh drive and also I have similar prb where wrist also is not fixed - like wrist is doing up down. Based in this prb I lost a lot of clear shots and points.
So,anyone slhas any video or any other turorial, it would be great.
