Hi, I found that I have a problem especially with the forehand stroke:
- I hit the ball too close to me,
- My arm is too contracted,
- I don't move my arm forward but towards me,
- My upper body is not tilted forward, altough I am starting with weight on leg, and transfer over hip to contact point.

Therefore, with topspin, the ball has no energy (speed and spin).

Any advice, link to a video course?

If you just scroll down on this page there are 5 similar posts linked at the bottom.
Most of them have good explanation and links to videos etc.
I would start there.
A good idea is to record yourself playing and watch it back, you will likely look quite different to how you imagine.
It's then useful to compare that V any good coaching videos or examples and take it step by step starting simply with the FH drive. If you cannot do this well consistently then you are missing some feeling you should have by now. Try to perfect your FH drive and really feel the ball on the racket as you do it.

I'm.not a coach but I've received some good coaching so in passing on what I've been taught I can tell you that the things you've described are bad habits that have to be unlearned.
Take it slowly, step by step and be consciously aware of the following.
Roughly speaking the sequence you want is:
- feet in correct position,
- clockwise rotation of the hips in preparation for shot,
- arm back and extended (and perhaps dropped down if looping v backspin),
- swing initiated from pushing up from right leg (assuming right handed)
- transfer of weight to left leg as hips come back to alignment (this gives most of the fwd power you are currently lacking).
- snap your elbow closed for increased racket speed at contact.

There's a lot in it and as mentioned, you'll find good explanation with videos on the links below this thread.

Practice it slowly in front of a mirror and do shadow drills as often as you can, in a few months you can transform your FH stroke.

Pechpong has a great video on FH. I did what you described (I call it T-Rex arm) and I improved a lot of it from his tips.

My main issue is I'm trying to step and swing at the same time, so I step out to the right with my foot, while swinging backwards already. This enlarges the step so I end up too close to the ball very often.
I try to remember, move first, then make my stroke.
