Current US team members Alex and Isabella Luo had their families move from Minnesota to Bay Area to pursue better training.
Sid and Nandan Naresh moved from Chicago after they had surpassed the level of competition there, to a few places around the country and then Germany before the Bay Area.
Michael/Daniel Tran and family moved from Minnesota to Houston to access the high quality clubs in Houston, and Daniel trains at 888 when possible from Houston.
Andrew Cao, Patryk Zyworonek and Hasan Saidov moved to Poland full time for training after they had conquered their local areas.
Anav Gupta moved from North Carolina to the Bay Area to train at 888 after he became a top player in NC.
William Feng moved from NJ to 888 for full time training.
So basically you have many of these top juniors moving across the country here to the Bay Area or overseas after they had run out of options in their local areas. All of them made this decision after seeing the level of competition and what it would take to reach the top when they had competed in national age group competitions. And you've done none of that
@KTableTennis and are already talking about these options.
And probably none of these people will continue pursue TT professionally for long, even if they wanted to and could afford to, and none of them will ever play in the Bundesliga.
