I can't see how you need any advice here.
You either find them same or you don't. If not, then use your favourite blade on your main racket - how is this even a question - as in why would you consider using the other one if you prefer it less?
Favourite for main racket, other one for backup racket and stop complicating things

I have read that few players like to alternate their blades so that both are broken in almost exactly the same. So during crucial moment when you have to switch blade (let's say your primary one is broken) then you have less to zero adaptation.

I think this is true, because I own few of the same blade, and after few years (only use one, others are for spare only) the others behave differently. The old one which I use all the time became more "soulful" (softer, more flexible, etc.) and I have to get use to the spare one like it is a slightly different blade.
