Do you know before hand whether the return will be free or not?I did, earlier this year. i returned the items in unused condition, Like New, ready to be re-sold as New . was plastic bracelets worth 11us$. it didn't cost me any return shipping cost, and the return reached the destination fast and the refund was processed fast too. caht remember many details other than it was a good return process experience, similar to amazon
returned my Yinhe-Pro03 with no dramas, return was approved by AliExpress within 30 mins. return was free with returning shipping label with australian post. got the full amount back - 10% which is due to GST not being refunded. How does this work? Did you have any troubles?
I do it frequently, for different purpose :
I never had any problem. They ask picture or video from the malfunctioning/broken reason, that's all. Then they provide the label for shipment and I put the package in a locker.
- Poor sizing
- Item missing from the package (it happened once for a Moon 12)
- Item malfunctioning
- I made a mistake when I ordered (wrong handle type for example)

iirc the website had provided a return label 🏷️ for free, so yes, i would have known beforehand.
funnily i have no recollection about much or any details about the return process. There was a live tracking page on alix showing all steps from my door back to the vendor's receipt who had to give the final green light (return complete).
Is there any difference between bringing the return package to a post office or having the post office pickup from home?Just put the original item in a box. I have the same requirement than you and never paid attention to it.
Sounds about rightI've started returns for a few items. Both times the seller just told me to keep the item and they ended up refunding me the full amount.
Some of them figure the cost to process the return isn't worth it I guess. It was a Sanwei 75 Inner that I ordered a ST handle and they sent me a FL. So maybe they only do it when they mess up on the order rather than just you changing your mind about a purchase.
I dropped off several items for return. Is there a way for me to track their progress? I don't see something in the app itself.Just put the original item in a box. I have the same requirement than you and never paid attention to it.
You are just like the girls here, they want one clothing item, they buy four keep one and return the rest 🙃I refunded several items to Aliexpress. It was a fairly smooth process. I'm pretty impressed with that process actually.
The shipping label is free and easy to print out. And You can just return the item in the same package it came in. You can even ask the post office worker to come pickup the package at your house, so I never even need to go out.
I returned the Rxton 9 40.5 National because I got the Rxton 9 41d provincial, and I felt it would be too similar. I also returned a blade where the handle was just way too thick. You are just like the girls here, they want one clothing item, they buy four keep one and return the rest 🙃
