at my club NYISC, $90 per hour, or around 8.4 big mac meals per hr

In central Tokyo bigmac is 480 yens (3.1 usd at current exchange rate USDJPY 153)

Private lessons start around 5000 yens for junior coach up to more than double for a celebrity professional coaching.
So 10-20 bigmac per hour. (Minimum wage in central Tokyo is around 1300 yens per hour)

In smaller towns its easily 30% cheaper
