How much does blade head shape really matter?

I'm thinking of buying this blade, it's a 157x151, but the only thing holding me back is the shape of the blade head. 1) What's the difference between a teardrop shape and a standard one? 2) If I wanted to buy secondhand rubbers from a friend or online, would it fit?

that blade looks like a standard size and shape.

old rubbers would fit maybe 1mm short on the wide side.
