Hi Friends,
I have been hearing this statement from lot of pro players that you need to tight the core while playing. They gave many other advises. I am unable to implement them but at least understand them at the first place.
When someone says tight the core, like when I used to do squats or deadlift with barbells, I used to hold the breadth for the full course of time. Now from Table tennis perspective I am feeling a little clueless how to do that? any tips or suggestion.
