I am a TPB-only player for now. Out of curiosity, is it easier to do TPB with Cpen or Jpen?

This makes more sense now, but I feel like they shouldve kept it celluloid. That still lets the ball spin a lot.
to keep olympic status, sports need to follow UN 2050 sustainability goals
it was always a matter about time when celluloid would be replaced
the ball change was just an ittf thing
This one is right. Unless some rando can actually do some absolutely innovating technique, like mastering this one "otpb" thing I made when I was still jpen. But if not, jpen will die out in the top levels and will be replaced with cpen and shakehand. These two are roughly equal with their own pros and cons, but the problem is that shakehand is easier to learn.

it is not "will", it is "has"
it has already long happened.
There are no Jpen players training full time for many years now, that has some level to be considered to be a potential top level prospectus, and I'm well connected to the 3 countries which housed 99.9% of the jpen pros in the past decades.

The last jpen pro is the ones that have retired, and there have been no new comers and they probably won't be, as it is suicide if one does go that route today.

Oh yeah my bad, Jpen already died in the top levels. Real unfortunate but it had to be done since Jpen just couldn't keep up, unless ofc what I said above about innovation. Both shakehand and chinese penhold has been innovated a LOT, when Jpen 🥺🥺
