Honestly, his current set up is already good enough for him. He can't handle D05 on Y-13 so his idea is to change the blade which is strange.

actually not very slow but i think mercury y13 has very little feel(maybe for fiberglass)

Y-13 is a very forgiving blade. The flex will help your consistent and loop and fiberglass gice you just enough stiffness. If you think it lacks penetration then you should put more of your body weight and dig deep into the sponge of G09c and Rozena.

If you still find your setup slow and you like slight tackiness like G09c, change your rubber to Vega China VM and keep the blade. I'd dig the sponge more tho rather than getting a new rubber.
