Hi, this is my first post. I am a beginner (ELO 1000). Recently, I have started to learn more technique in my shots but I find my quads get tired too fast.
I was wondering wether this is sign of a bad technique or every beginner experience quads fatigue due to the low gravity center required in this sport.
