I want to be able to still use it, but the chips look pretty bad. Will rubbers still stick on it?

PS, I will NOT sell this blade, I’m keeping it but want to know if I can still use it or have to take in to repair.

Put a touch of super glue at the broken spots, just to ensure that when you pull off the rubbers you don't pull any wood with it. Otherwise it's perfectly fine, my old one looks like it went through war, this is new in comparison.
