recently I bought a rubber from Joola.de. I got some credits from the failed robot. I lost a fair bit of money on the robot, but I decided to use the "sorry gift card" to buy some rubbers. The rubber I got had a crack. I wrote an email. They did not ask many questions, just sent me new rubber. The handling of the robot death was absolute poo on the part of the Joola global (i had to crack the software to keep using the unit)., but the Joola de shop handling of the RMA was great. No stupid questions, just an appropriate action taken. Quick, fast, no messing around 10/10. Decided to write a review after the Butterfly d09c issue reported here.
