Long handle for penhold style

Hi all, I find it difficult to find Chinese penhold models in the UK. I am wondering if anyone tried playing penhold style (hopefully RPB) with flared/straight handles.

My guess is the long handle would make the blade more head-light, which is not a bad thing for me as that should be easier on the wrist. Would the long handle be in the way and hit my own forearm?

I havent found issues with the handle hitting my arm, rather the striking surface (especially for rpb) is reduced Because Chinese blades are usually noticeably larger than shakehand blades.

I have tried. The balance of the blade is not correct for what it was design for.
Order from Asia. Depending which blade you want. Table tennis 11 has a good selection of
penhold blades as well. At least they are in Europe.
