Long pips rubber with rounded pips

I just found this rubber on Aliexpress when browsing. It's registered on the larc but has rounded pips. Any idea what this thing is? Would it give any advantage? I've never seen such a thing before, any thoughts?

I'd try it out if it weren't $40. Most long pips last around 4 hours before my fingers rip a hole in the sheet (penhold)

I'm tempted to give it a shot on my lp racket. Last lp's I got was the neptune like 5 years ago to mess around with. It's still in great condition, but I've wanted to check out ox for some time now. Posted this to see if anyone had seen anything like this before.

ONE MORE BOGUS RUBBER PRODUCT DID EMERGE ON CHINA MARKETPLACE.

Original product labeled Fickle 38-001 is now supplied by Japan vendor JAP.TEC. . Conventional pips geometry, no "bullet" shape at all.

The "bullet"shaped pips is supplied by China vendor named KASFU. False ITTF logo/numerical index is used by Kasfu on sly.
