Wait it's hinoki?? I thought it was spruce hahaha, that's why it feels so different.
Any idea what Dual Web is?
Nope, not really, but based on these pictures it seems like fleece or something similar...

Google translate showed this:
"It seems to be a high-performance laminated cloth.
It is said that the alignment structure of stretched polyester long fibers creates its unique characteristics."

Maybe someone who speaks japanese can translate more accuratly...

new version via spibfactory:
The Fortius FT is a classical seven-layer offensive blade. The veneer structure is evocative of the Butterfly Korbel SK7. Mizuno’s developers have combined two Limba outer veneers with five Ayous veneers

you wanted the construction?I don´t know what blade you hav or what version D exactly is.Maybe post a picture of your balde and somebody can help you out.
But If you want a somewhat easy ,Database,is a good source.but thickness of plies is another story.
You have to search in all the TT online Forums.

Spinfactory description is incorrect. It's hinoki on both the FT (and the FT Ver.D), and in fact the hinoki inner ply gives it a peculiar feeling amongst all the other seven-ply blades.

You can look up images online, including the ones attached.

are the veneers measured?i can´t read japanese.but Hinoki as secondary Layer is not that common.
Is it Kiso hinoki?you play that Blade @Bran?Has it a strong catapultlike stiffness or flex?
I have BTY Kiso 5,great blade for me.But i heard from a german youtuber GeblockTT (they sponsored by spinfactory:) that he uses that blade as substition for the Xiom Michelangelo ,but i think it is the lFT Light version.

I've played with the FT for many years. It's a very stable blade, rather stiff, not particularly catapulty. It can do everything well, from blocking to looping to smashing and touch. For some references, it's stiffer than the regular Force Pro and less of a looper's blade. It's not as fast or bouncy as a Clipper CR or a Samsonov Force Pro Black, but it doesn't lack power.

I think it's regular hinoki. The peculiarity is that it combines the limba outer with some inner hinoki catchy feel. I find it's a really good blade but it's not very well-known outside of Japan. Because it's so stable, I would definitely advise it for intermediate players. Advanced players may look for easier speed with a carbon or a faster wood blade.

I tried the light version and didn't like it as it felt dry and hollow, nothing like the normal version. There's also an RE edition with the same composition but a smaller face and thinner at 6.1mm. The FT is a bit on the heavier side but it's very well balanced, with a nice handle.

I have also used the blade for a while and agree with everything here, the FT is a fanastic blade I love it. Stable is the best way to describe it as you said. It's a shame Mizuno isn't so well known for their TT products outside of japan, they make some excellent stuff.

Do you happen to have played someone with a Fortius FT in a teams event a good few years ago ? I don't reckon there are many in the UK, so this may well have been me !

Something I forgot to mention is that FT stands for Fine Touch. There also used to be a non FT version that was thicker at 6.7mm, but it's not produced anymore.

I haven't come across another user of the blade other than myself unfortunately, but its good to know there are others out there

I do get a lot of comments here in the UK along the lines of 'Mizuno makes blades + rubbers!? I thought they only made shoes!' 😂

Their logic is amazing though.
If Mizuno makes good shoes then imagine how good the grip is on their rubbers 😳

I've had the mizuno ft blade in the UK as well for a few years now .. I've recently tried a carbon blade blade for a few months and have very happily decided to move back to fortius.... Currently using tenergy 05 backhand and andro nuzn 50 forehand... It's always guesswork but v happy and this will be my setup for the upcoming season. The blade is a tad heavier than my preference (92 g) but yet to find better! Quick tip.. wrap a little grip around the end of the handle and the blade will feel way less head heavy..perfect blade for me 👍🏓
