Hello! I would like some recomendations for a super consistent, possibly grippy, BH rubber to be easy to flick / top spin and open up a 2nd ball attack. I'm talking about the last game, last set, when you tired and can't focus, but you still need to answer a serve with a quality opening shot type rubber, that will not dissapoint you and will go over the net :)

I was using barracuda when I played last time (I remember I didn't find it super consistent).. but it's been some years I don't play, and started again. I have a cheap but very decent Friendship non tacky rubber now, but after I played some tournament games last week, I found it "not perfect" let's say in the last game when I was fatigued.. I lost confidence in opening up the game..

No need to be super powerful.. just spinny (maybe not so spin sensitive?) and consistent, if that makes sense..

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Thanks guys so much ~ it's confusing to find good TT equipment, so many options. Your replies are helpful.

For those who say just train, yes I know :D

My take on BH rubbers:
- Tibhar Hybrid MK FX, (ESN)
- Donic Bluegrip S2 (ESN)
- Donic accuda S2 (ESN)
- 729 Dragon F (if You want something a bit slower) (Chinese)
- Sanwei Taiji plus 2023 (if You want something slower and ligther) (Chinese)

Also gave an Andro Nuzn 45 (ESN) coming in which I have big hopes for.

If you like catapult go for ESN, If You don't like catapult go Chinese.
For a lot of catapult and spin sensitivity go Rakza 7 (or soft) (ESN)

The tackiness on Chinese rubbers isn't that good anymore so it only has a marginal
effect at best.

Cheers

Depends on level if you are playing where any topspin opener is a winning tactic even is slow or a bit high then a grippy non sensitive rubber is best.
Something like Joola Rhyzm CMD or Rozena

But at some point these slower openers become an easy point for the opponents even when played deep and low, once this happens d05 d09c z03 or any top of the line hybrid rubber but it must be fast and spinny

I leave out h3 and variants because unless boosted they're not ideal on bh for most people

Seems like Rozena gets mentioned a lot! I wouldn't have considered it.

And yes @passifid I think for the level we have where I live now average spinny flick or loop should be good to set up a winner.. but I understand your point. Thanks!
