I've just watched that again and I'm blown away by his level, that was my level in school, at 15!!
I have a 6 yr old also and she cannot do any of that, I've got work to do 😂
Seriously tho, you've got a little champion in the making there, he'll clean up at local competitions!

Your son's ball sense seems pretty good.
If you thinking (or if he wants) to give him formal training, the age is now.

by the time if he is 8 or 9, and if he doesn't have 2 years+ of formal training, it will be impossible to catch up and then consider TT as lower tier at best.
so, maybe give that a thought.

I'm saying this because he has good ball sense.
If you want to take privately, you are welcome to PM me.

He actually plays for the club. There is one trainer, an older gentleman. I help a little with training, I mainly train my son, but I usually take 1 or 2 other kids to the table. Even though the club is rural and small, it has achieved considerable local success. There is nothing better within the next 100km. We practice technical elements on multiball, 1:1 specyfic rally scenario, but the children get bored quickly, so we spend a lot od time playing free exchanges. I'm the wall and the kids just play, and at the same time I try to correct their game.
