New rubbers

Im am currently regreting my choice of changing my rubbers one week before a competition. My new rubbers are tenergy 05 and xiom omega 7 pro. I am currently finding these rubbers very hard to get used to. I would greatly appreciate any tips to help me get used and learn how to play with my new rubbers.
