This is just Sanwei updating the original Dragon dance blade which I believe was modelled after Hurricane Long 5

Yea that one's obvious. Long means Dragon, and the word for dance and the word for 5 in Chinese is pronounced the same (Wu). Both blades thus have the same spoken name, Long Wu, in Chinese.
