Hello everyone!
(Relatively) recently, Yinhe has introduced several budget 7 ply blades, which are now available on Ali. The info on them is scarce and mostly limited to marketing text, but from the context one might expect trying to enter the Fextra territory - softer, more sensitive and possibly slower blades as opposed to a typical hammer designed to properly hit through H3.
I have always loved Yinhe handles, and being underwhelmed by Fextra craftsmanship, I am very curious and would much appreciate feedback on these new blades:
Yinhe U2s (for Spin) - dyed limba instead of koto in regular u2. Interestingly, the sole review I've found says it is both spinnier and more powerful than u2, and this at 86g, so go figure. But then again, it is just one short review.
Yinhe U10s (for Soft) - just like U2s, says Allround on the blade face; but we ain't kids to believe it actually means anything, are we? 😂 Have not found any reviews on this one.
Yinhe N4s - even less info on this one. Being a part of ultra-budget N series, one might expect significant variations in quality (I own a 1520 Hz N10s🙄); still, it would be nice to know what it is supposed to resemble.
Please feel free to also share your experience with other softer Chinese 7 plies unknown to the general public! 😉
