No brand blade?

Hello. I found an old blade in my house made of 7 ply wood. This blade has no brand, and I wonder if I could play tournaments with it.

You can play tournaments with any blade, with logo of without. There is no list of ITTF approved blades. But there are still some rules, like 80%(don't really remember) of the blade must be done with wood and so on
