what I do to keep my fitness and my legs in form is I cycle to school every day, higher gear and ride as fast as I can. I have to ride 14km to my school. This works good for me because I dont have alot of time and this way I dont have to jog around for an hour when I come home.

good time management i´d say! it occurs to me that i have enough time to go spend some hour now and then jogging. and i really hate cycling though :D
