Bought myself two new blades

Loki Rxton 9 Pro CNF - 88 gms
Loki W81 Pro Outer ALC - 90 gms
The quality is good. Can't wait to try.
Has anyone tried Loki Rxton 9 Pro CNF? No idea on how the CNF carbon reacts.
For comparison, will it be faster / slower than ALC? Will it be harder / softer than ALC? (Viscaira or FZD) I want to know so that I can pair up rubbers based on that.

Are you concerned that using the Raxton 9 Pro may open the gates to hell?

Going back to 5 ply. I used a Harimoto ALC last year, but I wanted to go back to 5 ply wood because it was cheaper (I need to have at least two identical rackets because of the championships) and because I felt that I still didn't have enough skill to take advantage of a carbon racket.

I tried a Japanese Primorac, a Korbel and the Hadraw 5. I ended up choosing the Hadraw 5 because I liked the feel of Koto and in terms of speed in short and medium distance I didn't lose too much compared to the Harimoto ALC. The logical choice would be to use a Korbel, but I felt more comfortable with the Hadraw 5.

In the future, after I feel that I have the need, I can go to a Viscaria that has a similar composition and is usually more recommended for the good feeling on the backhand (I'm a dominant backhand player).

Hi, how do you feel about the ball compared to Harimoto? Is there a significant difference? Can you feel it better, or more or less the same? Thanks

The difference is first in the type of outer, harimoto = limba, hadraw = koto. So it ends up feeling a bit harder, especially on the backhand. However, the hadraw 5 does feel some vibration because it doesn't have carbon.

The sweet spot on the harimoto alc is much bigger (due to the carbon), I felt more of a difference on the forehand when comparing the two.

In terms of speed, the harimoto is faster away from the table if you hit hard shots. Close to the table there isn't that much of a difference. The hadraw has spruce in its composition, so you get a bit of a kick when driving the ball. Remember that my hadraw 5 weighs 92g and the harimoto weighs 86g. This may influence the speed issue. The harimoto is faster, but in my game I felt almost no difference.

I had no trouble controlling the harimoto, but I never liked the feel of the backhand drive. It was incredible for blocking on the backhand, but I found it a bit mushy for attacking. It could also be the combination of rubbers I used. With Koto the feeling is much better for my taste. But since I don't want to go for an outer carbon yet, I ended up choosing the Hadraw. In the future I should get a DHS Hurricane ACB (inner Koto) to test.

Because why not, no import tax to EU. 6 rubbers for less than 20€, Yinhe V14-PRO for 30€. First I'm gonna put a set of the Mercurys on the Sanwei T5000, if that's going to be slow, the Yinhe can step in. Any feedback is appreciated.

EDIT: Tried this exact combination on a blade of a friend of mine who rocks our local league. The amount of control blew me away.

Thats great, 20200110_161617A.jpg83g is not bad. I bought mine from HK in 2018...80g with a paracord wrap, 78g without.
