Hi,

I'm playing against a returnboard (www.returnboard.de). Does anybody else here have one? If so, what are your experiences? What practices should be used to gain the most from playing against it? What is the most effective way to use the board?

I have the board as close to the table as possible. So far, I'm practicing 3 things with it: forehand, backhand and alternating, counting the number of rallies. I've managed to play 40 rallies (20 shots from my side) at level 1, 7, 10 and 12 on the backhand and the forehand. However, I'm still struggling to get any consistency on level 12. Obviously, it's getting better, but slowly. Any tips? I've noticed that in particular the first shot is extremely important.

Kind regards,
Björ
