I've had a problem with the booster.
This is the first time I've used booster on a new rubber (Tenergy 05), but I only waited an hour before applying glue. Once the glue dried, I glued it to my new blade (Timo Boll ZLC).

When I arrived at the club to try it out, my teammates told me I should have waited at least a day before applying glue to the boosted rubber.

What do you think? Should I peel off the rubber again to reapply the booster and repeat the process?
What would you do now?

The truth is that the feeling during training was good, but I did notice that the Tenergy 05 felt softer than usual.

Thanks to everyone.

Nah, just leave it on. It'll eventually dry out itself anyways. And if it feels good to you, then you're good to go.

First question: why? Why would you boost T05? Why would you put boosted T05 on a brand new, fast blade?
Or rather: what did you expect to happen?
When I arrived at the club to try it out, my teammates told me I should have waited at least a day before applying glue to the boosted rubber.
This is the very least of the problems. The hardest part about glueing this quickly is usually the rubber not staying on.
Be glad you didn't allow the booster to work more.

Booster does that. Which makes me come back to the first bit: why? What did you expect?

Well, the truth is, it was on the recommendation of another player, who told me he'd notice how the rubber accelerates much more.

He has the same setup as me, and a very similar style, and he's really gotten good results.

And in this life, you have to try everything, and I've never tried the booster before. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I want to see for myself.

Thanks for your reply.

If it was me, I will remove it and let it air out and then glue. But I haven't done this before as I follow the instructions :p

but if I was you, I will leave it, as I think the changes will be marginal and removing it does have other issues, like regluing and aligning the rubber (I don't have a problem with gluing and aligning, so maybe you do - so don't do it)

Don't you think that the rubber would still be expanding on the blade? Though if it has already been more than one day and nothing happened, it is maybe alright. I thought about detaching itself from the blade, as the boosting was not absorbed until the end.
