As far as I know, the Petr Korbel has not been manufactured with a penhold handle. I've not seen it available anywhere else. Do they custom make the handle? Or does Butterfly specifically sell this in china only?
In China, pretty much every blade from Butterfly is available in penhold. The Korbel has been available in penhold for a very long time and was used by Saki Kanazawa (All Japan champion and JNT member). I remember seeing Lee Eun Hee and Kwak Bang Bang using the penhold Boll Spirit which was also extremely difficult to find.

correct
and on the other side, Butterfly rest of the world, is so difficult to buy penhold blades

This is no stranger to Butterfly, since China is a unique and big markets
many blade makers could have special blades to serve the chinese market, and no where else

It is, however, much better than it used to be. Back in the day I think outside of China you could buy like the Chinese VII, Shamada, and the CN7 (which became the Yoshida Kaii). In China, not only did every blade have its Cpen version, they also made multiple Cpen versions, e.g. the Korbel and Korbel X, which had a larger head size.
