Men
Continental qualifiers: Egypt, China, Germany, Brazil, Canada and Australia
Host: Great Britain
Seleted qualifiers: Korea, Japan, Austria, Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong, Portugal, DPR Korea and Russia

Women
Continental qualifiers: Egypt, China, Germany, Brazil, the United States of America and Australia
Host: Great Britain
Seleted qualifiers: Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, DPR Korea, Austria, Spain, Netherlands and Poland
