Good day, fellow TT fans! I am creating this post to collect some insights in repairing a blade that I have recently bought from another player. The handle is engraved with his name, not on the side of the handle but on the face of the handle itself. I would also like to ask how do you remove the sweat stains and grimes from your racket. Thank you!

Wet wipes are good for removing sweat and dirt from the handle. For cleaning rubber, it's best to use plain clean water and a special sponge.
But these are maintenance tips, not repair ones...

But that is hard work…sandpaper should be enough and then just use griptape.

Thank you for your responses. I am thinking of using wood filler but I doubt it if it will solve my concern.
