You need to check the 22 digit code, unless it has already been used, because it is a unique code. Pro versions, often have either: q/s/w followed by 968 on the box and the side of the handle...

The box is not the one for an authentic DHS W968 National.
As far as the blade, unless I am mistaken there are authentic examples without number (e.g. W968 2024xxxx xx) so best is to check the code.
I am not sure, though, if a positive code check means the blade is authentic as some people say such DHS codes can be bought and placed on faked products.

120% fake. We classify all of these as fake, the ones that have the word "player" in it, and don't have an engraving. A lot of factories in China can make these fakes, since DHS quality control is bad you won't really notice.

Who is the seller?

I don't know anything about these blades but as you already note the missing serial number in the handle I would suggest that 'Prototype' is exactly the type of excuse that someone would peddle to sell a fake.

There are more questions than reasonable answers. I would not buy it, if I got the offer.
