Hello,I’m looking for some advice on rubbers for my table tennis setup.Right now I’m playing with an ALC Innerforce ALC blade, and I have EL-P on my backhand and MX-S on my forehand. My style is rotational topspin — I like to block and then attack with a long-distance forehand. However, I feel like my backhand attack is too weak and I’d like to try something new.Do you have any suggestions for rubbers that could help improve my backhand power while still fitting my style? What would you recommend for both BH and FH?

I have the same blade and use D80 on the backhand.
Tbh I find it very comfortable for almost everything.
I tried T19 before that but found it too fast . Short serves and short play was too difficult.
I'd recommend the D80 but given the price it be great if you could try it before buying

I’m also using an inner-layer blade structure. Currently, I use Dignics 09C on both sides, so you can use that as a reference.
Thanks, I also wanted to ask: does this rubber perform well from mid-distance? I like to step back sometimes (around 2–3 meters from the table) and play attacking shots, so I’m curious how it feels in that range.

Thanks for the suggestion,
I’ve tried K3 Pro before, but it felt slightly too hard for me, especially in my game.
No problem! It looks like K3 FX might be a better option for you since it's much softer than K3, but a lot of people say that the durability with K3 isn't that good, but if you like tensor rubbers, you can go with Tenergy 05 Hard or Tenergy 05 for FH and Tenergy 05 FX for BH since it'll give your backhand extra boost with the speed and power it gives.

To be honest, I’ve never played with Butterfly rubbers. A year ago I decided to change my blade for the first time and went with a Butterfly one the Innerforce ALC and I’m very happy with it, because it plays well from mid-distance, and at the table it can handle aggressive blocking really well. However, after playing many matches and tournaments against other players, I’ve come to the conclusion that Butterfly rubbers, compared to my Evolution rubbers, don’t come close in terms of the power of the ball after a shot. I think I’ll decide on Dignics 09c for my forehand, and for backhand aggressive blocking, would you recommend Tenergy 05, 05 FX, or maybe some Dignics rubber?

You could do what @GhostBackhand is doing at have Dignics 09c on backhand and forehand, but it will be more demanding than what you're used to. A lot of people like Tenergy 05 because of the catapult and it being less demanding, so could work for your backhand since you did mention your backhand felt weak, so that can help strengthen it so you have more balance with forehand and backup. This is coming from someone who mostly played with Hurricane 3 on both hands and now I'm using short pips on forehand and Zyre-03 on backhand, which is my 2nd time trying Butterfly inverted rubber (first being Rozena and short pips was Bugller).

It depends on whether you can generate power effectively or not. I have a similar playing style to yours, staying about 2–3 meters away from the table. I call it a mid-distance playing style. My attacking power is only above average within my club, but I still feel very comfortable playing at that distance.
Additionally, Timo Boll has explained this very clearly in one of his videos. He uses Dignics 09C to increase his consistency and placement, even though it slightly reduces his attacking power.
