Loki have bought out a new version of the Telson 100 that uses an ESN sponge layer -- they're calling it the Telson Germany. Given the OP's criteria, it might possibly be worth a go. It's available in both 45 and 47.5 degree sponge.
Even though Loki is a Chinese company, the original Telson 100 uses a Japanese top sheet and genuinely feels / plays like a Japanese non-tacky BH rubber. The standard 47.5 degree T100 feels pretty similar to a Tenergy 05 Hard IMO. I actually have a couple of sheets of the Telson Germany in 47.5 degrees at home -- purely as a suck-it-and-see EJ experiment -- but haven't had a chance to try it out yet.
Only thing I can tell you about the TG at this point is that in a sponge-squeeze test, the TG sponge felt a tiny bit softer than the regular T100 sponge (despite supposedly having the same hardness of 47.5)
According to Loki's info sheets, the TG is supposed to be a hair slower than the regular T100, and suggests it might have a tiny bit more spin potential as well.
Haven't read or seen any 3rd party reviews for the TG yet, but the original T100 is genuinely a good BH rubber and is frankly excellent value for money, as well as being quite Tenergy-like in its performance. Will upload my thoughts on the TG once I do get a chance to try it out.
