Hi there,
and as the title suggests, I would like to play with material.
Preferably with long pimples, I think, and blue would also be nice, but not a must.
Otherwise I play district class with 1200 TTR points.
I would describe the game as, Schupf, sometimes a flip, sometimes a topspin, sometimes a block or countered back and forth a few times.
In class, it's all about safety and never about speed.
I finally saw it after a long time.
Now why pimples: I like long pimples, I don't necessarily want to compensate for a weakness, I just like to play with them and, as a little bonus, annoy my opponent with them xD
Okay, having an advantage on heavy shots isn't bad, but I definitely rotate the racquet so that I can attack with my backhand from time to time.
Otherwise, I thought about it, a tensor rubber makes little sense, it is easier to play, but then it simply lacks some control and topspin duels from the half-distance are rather rare.
Would a Donic Coppa be good or should I stick with soft tensors like Xiom Vega Europe?
When it comes to wood, I'm at a loss as to what would be good, a classic Donic Allplay?
And when it comes to the pimples, I'm the most at a loss, whether ox or with a sponge?
and which one then?
Play with it then rather against undercut balls to open with it or just when a counterball comes on it. Repelling topspins from half-distance is almost never the case.
So more of an all-round or disruptive nub at the table for block and open or something.
Do you have an idea which combination is good?
I hope you can help me
