Personal opinion - as an fast improving 2 year player - get a middle of the road set up.
You current setup is not good at all. Not only too old, but was sub-par to begin with.
Viscaria is too big of a jump IMO, too fast and too hard to control, especially with fast rubbers.
Choose a good offensive 5 of 7 ply all wood blade, (I chose Acoustic Which I love, but it's expensive). Something that you'll be able to control, but also fast enough that it won't limit you in the foreseeable future (you can be a very high level player with this kind of blade).
Same with Rubbers. Pick something good, but not too advanced. G1 (FH) and C1 (BH) will be a great chiose, again - they're good and fast and spinney enough for basically anyone not trying to go pro. But they're easier to play with then the expensive adaced Butterfly rubbers the pro's use.
I've made huge improvents use this level of setup, just pick something you like within the "middle" range, both blade and rubbers - and stick to it for a long while (minimum 1 year IMO). You'll get used to it and if and when you'll feel you need something even faster (most amatures will never need something faster) you can upgrade down the line, it might take a long time. This type of blade rubber combo can be very dangerous to any opponent if you master it. (again, assuming you're not trying to go full time professional player top 100 in the world).
Good luck! IMO you'll also have more fun with this type of good/fast/CONTROLABLE setup.
