Maybe you should use ESN rubbers ;)
With your actual equipment you seem to have lots of control, but against such opponents you need much more power.
Your opponent has too much time for his reaction, because nearly all balls come relatively slow to him.
If your attack would have more power, he has less time and this will force him to some mistakes maybe.
Definitely this is not my best setup. the FH rubber has low arc and also low speed. But I figured that if I can score some loops with a bad rubber, it will be good training for me and I can do it easier with a good rubber. I think Dragon Grip would be best against his style.

BH rubber is $12 fake Tenergy. It actually holds up well, but I think DG would also be better here against his style.

You need to "unlock" the ability to make continuous loops next. Once that's achieved, work on spin and depth variations.

For starters, learn to loop without as much spin on the first shot, say, against a push, and then loop the chop with your typical level of spin.

If possible, I'd suggest following "variation", if you partner is OK with it:
- you are allowed to play only FH and only to his FH side, he can chop/play anywhere
- you are allowed to play only BH and only to his BH side, -------------||--------------

Let's do some footwork ;-)

Btw. I wanted to write this earlier, but I lost courage. And only now, after zeio's post, I regained it ;-) Cheers.

EDIT: More courage ;-) I want to write something to you FH technique if you allow. I think you improved and you're quite consistent, but the problem I see is that your technique is not primarily "rotation" driven. You push to ground, but then you go up with your arm, and there is no body rotation and as a witness/proof we see your playing hand ends on the right side up. I believe it's better if the push induces the rotation in the body, which then drives the arm movement, and naturally this/such arm movement continues to the left side and back again. You should clearly feel your body "pre-rotates", meaning this happens before your arm accelerates. Indeed this fuels that acceleration, it's like your arm wants to made up for that delay, and so it accelerates...

just stick with 1 good set up and get good and be used to it, not try new set ups every week if you want to improve fast. But if you enjoy trying new stuff, it's fine, but you will slow down your development
