if the technique is good?
There are different kinds of "good", so it´s pretty much impossible to give a definite answer. It all comes down to personal preferences and capabilities.
Same blade weight and same rubbers will still result in different answers from different people.
And one more thing: Many people might agree that with an Inner blade that has Lima top plies they can produce spin more easily than with Outer and Koto (neglecting other factors in the blade composition...) - but whether that means they actually produce more spin is another question.

The blade has basically 0 spin potential. It’s the rubber and what you as a player do with it. The only effect it can have is how long the ball stays on it before being ”ejected” . For spin utom would want flex and to some extent a softer outer layer.

Hey guys, while o alc is an innerforce blade it is bound to produce good spin. However timo plays w his tb alc and produces crazy amounts of spin. My question is, which has the greater spin potential, if the technique is good?
So you mean same rubbers on each blade and very good technique from the same player....

There are some good and some silly answers but I'll go out on a limb and say for spin potential it's likely gonna be equal, but ease of spin generation based on a players technical level is a different thing.

If technique is great then there's no issue but if not then the blade with the softer outer ply and less stiffness gives an easier chance to achieve that spin, or so conventional wisdom would suggest.

I'm sure Timo could produce equal spin with both and just with more speed with his own blade.
But what it means for good amateur players will depend on the individual.

For example if I hit the same shots with Innerforce ALC and again with FZD ALC but the FZD ALC shots go long (because that blade is definitely faster, it just propels the ball further with the same swing) I have the impression that I've created more spin with the Innerforce but I cannot know that for certain. Was the spin basically the same but I just didn't compensate in other ways for the blade?

Only way to find out for you would be to try both extensively.
