aurus soft is a really good and extremely spinny medium soft rubber that is easy to control.
omega 7 euro is also a great and super fast but lacks a bit of spin compared to aurus soft.
fx-s same as aurus soft but a bit more spin and speed and less control.

quantum x pro is only really good if you are a blocker
hybrid mk fx is only there to tame a too fast blade and the durability is horrible for me this rubber serves no purpose...

My coach said I should replace my 09C on the bh with a more medium soft rubber. Any thoughts?
2 Tibhar rubbers came to mind, MK Hybrid fx or Quantum X Pro?
Any other rubber sheets come to mind?
Rakza 7 is a great BH rubber.
Or Tenergy 19 if you want fast!

Well you can't really go wrong with that, it's absolutely one of the best rubbers for working on technique & good luck!
Out of curiosity how often do you train with a coach now? And what level are you at?
Do you play league also?

imo, MK FX control is godlike and the speed is enough to finish shots after applying 1 or 2 layers of Falco.
The only downside is the atrocious durability, yes--I can't recall a rubber whose top sheet would die this quickly :D Truly a competitor of K3 in that department.
