Stiga Mantra H/Pro H

Hello guys, was just wondering if anyone has tried stiga mantra h or pro h since i was considering replacing my backhand rubber (MXP) and came across the mantra line. Is it similar or are there distinct characteristics between both?

I think this is not very accurate. Dignics creates lots of spin with a short stroke, but Mantra creates much more spin if you have a long powerful stroke.

Stiga Mantra Pro H - made in Japan by the same company that makes the Nittaku Hammond Z2, and is even better than it IMO and is available from aliexpress for $35 shipped. Pretty hard to find a better deal. It is my backhand rubber of choice. It feels transparent, i.e it does what I tell it to, I don't even have to think about it and that is a great feeling.

Yeah that is the main thing I like about it as well. It's not the fastest or spinnest rubber, but you can execute powerful strokes with the confidence that it will do what you want it to do. And if you have enough power, you can still get a lot of spin and speed from it. It doesn't surprise you by kicking hard randomly or accidentally grabbing the ball for too long. Very predictable.

How reliable is AliExpress when it comes to getting genuine Stiga rubbers?
Considering the price, it seems like it could be a fraud. Everywhere else, the price is at least $50 excluding shipping, which really makes me doubtful about it. Do you maybe have any experience with buying Stiga stuff from them?

Pretty sure for the performance I'm getting it doesn't matter if its not genuine, although I have no reason to believe it is not. It's better for me than the Z2 it's sibling rubber that I purchased from tabletennis11. I also have bought the Mantra Pro H from Dandoy when it was on sale before I found out it was available from aliexpress and it seems the same to me.

They are legit.
