sweet-spot and blade size

Hi all,

I need to re-shape one of my kid's blade, which is not well balanced.

I was wondering if the blade size affects the sweet spot size, or if a spot is sweet only because it is well placed ( center, fingers, handle).

Yes, the sweet spot is approximately in the middle and smaller blade = smaller sweet spot.
