This rubber is quite unknown and it's a pity ! It is very cheap (10$ for 2 PIECES on Eacheng) but it is very good quality for the price. I have tested many cheap rubbers (DHS, Yinhe, Friendship) and this one is my favorite. The topsheet is just a bit tacky and quite elastic. The sponge is pretty soft (for a chinese rubber) and the black rubber come with a blue sponge while the red rubber come with a orange sponge (it's like you play with a CNT's setup ! lol).
The rubber has a LOT of control and really good spin. The speed is quite slow, like All class, but you can do every shot with ease especially flicks, lifting backspin and opening loops. All other shots are good though. For the feel, the rubber is like a mix of chinese and euro rubber and is quite lively (more than all the other cheap chinese rubber I've tried).
Overall, I recommand this rubber for those who look for cheap allround rubbers with good quality and capabilities. It's the best I've tried among the "under 10$/piece" rubber.

I bought the economy Red and Black package which cost much less than buying the two seperately. But somehow I think I have bought a dud. My two sheets are totally different in character. The red is lively, shiny, tacky, soft and decent as a Chinese rubber, but the black is just the opposite in every way. It is dull, hard, no tack since new and slow. The combination of hard and no grip surface makes it very difficult to play with. Only thing that is cool is the blue sponge look. So the quality control of these super cheap rubbers was reflect on the product and made all buying down to luck.
