Tibhar MK vs Dignics 09C?

Can anyone compare the 2 rubbers? I know that MK isn't tacky like 09C. But what about control and spin factor? And durability?

They are not comparable.
09c is a real hybrid while the hybrid mk is a regular tensor with a little hybrid flavour.
Hybrid mk is closer to fastarc g-1.
