No official requirements to be considered a chopper, if you would call yourself one, im talking to you.

How much, When and Why do you twiddle?
Whats your experience with twiddling?

How about service/receive?
When chopping / lobbing further away from the table?
Do you twiddle to confuse your opponent?

The answer is really simple.....it depends on how my opponent reacts to my twiddling. If they make more mistakes when I twiddle, then I twiddle frequently. Some players are unaffected by twiddling and then it's just a waste of energy to twiddle against them.
