Hi Tony, thank youu again😅. We should meet up sometime.

It is 中教大
how long are you staying in Taiwan?
I'm based in Taipei.

the uni you visited is not really focused in TT. Can consider that a tier 2 team (we have A level and B level, 2 tiers in the university table tennis competitions).

This comes from schools with A (semi pro) and B (normal) and once kids who played in A levels, they are not allowed to play B in university.

A is actually very strong so many uni chooses to play B only, as there is more chance of something there, while A is pretty much national team vs semi pros (or former junior national team).

Atleast a few years. Next time I have a chance to go to Taipei, I will contact you.

Thank you for the overview. I think the A tier would be wayy too strong for me. But hopefully I would be able to build up to that level someday (altough unlikely).

Nice video pal.

What equipment are you using?
Hi, thank you! I am currently using Ovtcharov innerforce with Dignics09C on both sides. Actually back in Europe I was still using Dignics05 but Taiwan is very humid and the balls are faster so I decided to change to a slower and stickier rubber.

Thanks for the reply.

I’ve seen a few of your videos in the past and I maybe mistaken but it looked like you used the Boll ALC previous. If that’s the case can I ask why you changed to the ovtcharov?

You are right, I used Timo Boll ALC before. I changed because my technique and footwork was not good enough for that blade. Basically, everytime I played a topspin, the ball came out too quickly and I did not have time to position myself to play a second ball. I needed a slower blade with more feeling to develop a proper technique.
