tt-store.eu no customer service

Hello, a couple weeks ago I ordered a rubber from tt-store.eu and with it I got a tracking number to follow my order. However when the order reached my country the tracking number no longer worked. I tried reaching out about this to tt-store.eu via email but never recieved an answer. I have also tried calling the phone number listed on their website but they never answered.


Has anyone else had this issue with this retailer before? I've read some topics here on ttd talking about how they are reliable.

I know the owner from long time conversation and I know that they are reliable. But I can't say what have happened in this case of course.

I have used them several times in the past and they've always been good.
I had similar as regards tracking, the tracking no was different once it arrived in my country as the package switched to the national carrier.
I don't think you should worry yet. Just give a few more days for delivery and I reckon it will arrive.
