i am eyeing this blade at the moment and couldn't really find proper reviews online. are you still playing it? the official description says it can be slow, soft and very controllable when you hit more lightly, but fast and violent if you hit hard. i was wondering if i can pair it well with something harder & sticky on FH and maybe pips on BH?

I sold it to a friend, but generally it plays quite well. I didn't have any issues with it, except that mine was a bit heavy at 94g.

The feeling is a bit different from the common koto or limba. Not night and day different, but just a different experience.

Never tried pips, but hard sticky FH makes sense.
