In theory - yes, in practice - no
I myself play with the TSP Curl P3 Alpha Soft (OX) , and also tried the Victas Curl P3a (OX) (which, in theory, should be an analogue of the TSP after VICTAS bought the TSP and makes everything under one brand): the game is definitely different: TSP has less speed, more control, and more disruptive impact, as confirmed by my training partners
