Victas rubber most similar to Tibhar Evolution EL-D?

All of the shops around me in Vietnam are out of Evolution EL-D. The club near me sells Victas stuff. Is there any rubber that might be similar to EL-D? Andro could also be an option. Any suggestions? If no suggestions, I'll probably get Tenergy 19. I'm
