W968 numbers

Does anyone know what do the numbers after the date of manufacturing mean on the W968 handle? Like 19 22 17 etc.

1 means it is the first blade manufactured on that day. 10 is the 10th blade, 19 is the 19th blade.
smaller number is usually more expensive since it is better for collection, but there is no performance difference between the number. you should choose based on weight and thickness instead of number

w968's weight is usually around 88g to 91g. Usually people prefer a relatively lighter blade. Mine is 89g

I'd say 2 g difference on a ca. 90 g blade is not a big deal as the two rubbers probably would add another ca. 100 g. So we would be talking 2 g in relation to ca. 190 g.

ca. is an old swiss unit of measure. it stands for cyclical angle and it's a measure of how much grams the angle of the blade adds to the total weight of the paddle.
