I am an intermediate player with inverted rubbers on both sides and am struggling with playing against long pips blocker players.

There are one thousand videos and posts on the subject, am not looking for advice on what to do in the match.

Instead, I would like to know:

1) are there good robot routines that would best simulate a match against long pips? I have a Omni Pro set up in my home

2) Is it possible to use return board training in which the board has long pips rubbers?

3) In general, how can I maximize my practice against long pips if I literally dont have anyone to practice against?

Long pips reverse the spin, so if you want to train for the simplest strategy (i.e. topspin, then backspin, then topspin, then backspin etc), then you can set your robot to alternate between topspin and backspin (if your robot is capable of doing this), and you simply topspin vs the topspin and push the backspin.

Also work on changing the direction of your topspin and pushes to target both the opponent's forehand and backhand, because many intermediate long pips pushers depend on the rhythm of using their backhand pips every ball.

You can also simulate the rhythm of the rally by shooting the ball at quicker intervals (as many long pips blockers hit off the bounce), but have the ball coming fairly slowly.

And if the opponent happens to have a good forehand topspin with regular rubbers, then you can throw in the occasional quicker forehand drive...
