By the way, G1 is very hard out of the package and does not play until you develop it with a couple of training sessions. Maybe you just haven't waited for that moment?

Nah, I had it for over a year and I play 3-4 times a week for 1.5 hour a time. I played it till it had fully gotten destroyed, I just never vibed with it. For comparison, I really liked the V15 extra, that was a pretty comfortable rubber.

It's that good huh?... I didn't like the g1, the topsheet, even though grippy, was very thick and hard, does the c1 has softer topsheet as well?

The topsheet is virtually, if not exactly, the same...
I do agree, though, that the feeling is quite different between the two overall.
That said, if you really disliked G-1's topsheet, it's probably better to look at more modern ESN rubbers that have a softer/thinner topsheet feeling (think of Andro Ransanter R series or Donic Bluestorm as an example, as you already know and tried). Some of the older series have softer-feeling topsheets as well, such as Acuda, Rakza 7 or Aurus, just to mention a few.
I don't know how much weight is an issue for you, but the softer versions of those are generally quite light and I really don't think the differences are that significant.
I think you have used Tenergy rubbers as well in the past, if i remember correctly from your previous posts... What was your problem with them, by the way? Why are you not considering going back to 05/19/25/64/80, or the respective fx versions? Those rubbers are obviously quite high performance and very lightweight. Do you have an issue with throw (very different between the series) and/or bounciness on those? Because if not, I think they should be prime candidates for your purpose, depending on your needs...

I've played t05 for many years and tried fx as well. They're just a bit fast for the use I want, vega is pretty good with blocking. The 05 for example didn't pair well at all with the intensity because it threw waaay too high, it was an issue I had for years, on the viscaria it fit like a glove. The fx, I could never get quite used to, it felt very unstable during topspins, like it was throwing too low, not gripping well. I've found that I like grippy esn rubbers, like the bluestorm pro, soft esn rubbers like bluestorm z3, t05 has been my love for the fh since the start, but on the intensity, it just doesn't fit, and I think it's because the intensity is too light, and I've found it pairs super well with softer and lighter rubbers, bluestorm z3 paired excellent, but it was way too fast for me. From all of these comments, I think the hybrid mk fx will probably be the better choice, with hexer grip sfx being a close second.

Change blade. Why you need Intensity? :)

It's just the blade I'm familiar with. I've used it for many years. I have my main viscaria but I don't want to take it apart, and I have my korbel, but I haven't used it much and don't know it well yet.

So I'm want to learn sp's on a blade that I have a lot of experience with, the intensity.
